Disgusting food and worse service.

Saturday the 10th of Feb, I ordered Romans Pizza through Mr Delivery. First of all, the driver took 35min to get to my house, the pizza was cold when it arrived, the pizza box was wet on the bottoms and the pizza looked like it was thrown into a washing machine. I immediately took a picture and send it to Mr Delivery's support, I've received an email that my ticket has been created but no further feedback! I've never been so angry in my life. They charge you extra for the food, they charge for delivery but then I must be happy with such disgusting food and even worse service. It's unacceptable. I will go out of my way to NOT use their services again.
