Disgusting customer service Mr D

Order: GROC***0 October 2024 Some items were sold out and I requested a payout of R190.94 (Customer ID: *** Pay out request date: 2024-10-30T13:13:38.960178) = STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PAYOUT.

Order: GROC***November 2024 Some Items were sold out and I requested a payout of R123.17 (2024-11-01T13:42:03.203623) = STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PAYOUT

I received an email on 4 November saying my payouts were processed and I should wait 3 - 5 days for funds to reflect = NOTHING IS REFLECTING. I sent follow up emails and the same was repeated, I should wait 3 - 5 days.

I sent emails yesterday 25th November and have not received a response/call. I called the call centre line and inquired about the payouts. The gentleman then said it's the wrong department and transferred me. No one picked up!

It's the 26th of November and my money is not reflecting. Beyond disgusted with @MrD, as a loyal customer.
