Disgusted Customer

I Purchased something a Mr D came to delivery due to my address being wrong i tried changing it , I was unable to do so. I then called the driver and asked him to please wait i will come soon because i was not at home at the time , the driver stipulated my Order as delivered , when i go to my home which was 2km from where I, he was gone , i ask the securities in my complex if anything was delivered they said no.I sent an query through to Mr D they mentioned my money i used for the purchase was lost which in fact was R150.00 yes it might seem like a little however it's my money. After being a loyal customer of theirs for the past 5 years i will no longer use their service i am mortified at their customer service.
