Wow I am so shocked of the poorest and lawless experience I had with Mr Delivery, I am not crying for the food I lost but wow the service is really not worth people using Mr Delivery, I encourage everyone to use Uber eats or fetch your food, I stay in Rivonia, I ordered food from Rivonia with a clear address and telephone numbers, I was checking the whereabouts of the driver at all times when I realize it was taking more time than expected, well driver never pitched never called, I phoned the restaurant where I ordered and I was told the driver picked food some hours ago, I phoned Mr Delivery a colored guy answered, firstly according to how I was tracking the driver he was never at my gate, I assumed he got lost, so anyways, colored guy told me the guy was at my gate and I never picked my phone, well my security guard could’ve atleast called if he was ever at my gate! So I asked what is the solution, guy said, you won’t get the food nor your money period!! I was out of words, same day! I asked if the food can be taken bck to restaurant he said nope, I won’t get that food nor my money! I paid by card! I was so confused and flabbergasted that I didn’t even have time to reverse the transaction, I have never seen such a low class service and arrogance is an understatement! Wow that company is dangerous they don’t know customer service, my friend told me she once ordered through them and her food was eaten before it got to her , like it was so visible and she got nowhere with her complaint too!
