Disgruntled Refund not received

On Saturday 23 May 2020 I ordered via the app they store did not accept my order yet Mr. D took my R352 they stated that I have been fully refunded, I checked my account and nothing the I called in and was told by Kim that it takes 24 hours, we are now on the 24 May we are now 31 hours later and nothing. Why are u so quick to take consumers money immediately and we have to wait to get our refund. I want my money or there will be hell to pay when I'm done
