Disgraceful and *********

They don't even deserve a star. Imagine placing an order, your money gets deducted but then shortly after you receive an automatic email letting you know that the order could not be placed and your Mr. D "wallet" has been credited with the amount! The audacity to think I would ever order from them again. The first time this credit nonsense happened was when the driver marked my order as delivered. I don't even know why I tried again. It's a complete disgrace to people trying to have a nice fun meal to have it turn into complete nightmares. The worst part is, on the cal a manager called Keegan/Keeran (female) told me I have to click on "request a payout" I'm not a robot! Just learn to ask people if they want credit or to be refunded. This is a tactic to keep money from people who in essence won't be using their services again after terrible experiences. R50 or R500 order, it's still my money, and if I don't get what I ordered why the hell must I wait for money they take out so eagerly even before any restaurant confirms. Ridiculous and pathetic service and will NEVER EVER disappoint my money with them again. So bad they can't even gesture for the inconvenience (Not that this is what I want) but you at least try to console customers for the bad and complete rip-off of a service rendered. Sies man!
