Disaster!!!!!!!

Received an accepted order email and my order is not progressing and still stuck at the first stage. Have not bought any other food for tonight as you advertised that you would be up and running today...

Now my family and I don’t have food to eat tonight and I can’t get to any other store to buy food as they are closed.
