Disappointing service Mr D agent and Maponya Mall Wimpy

I'm a not really happy about Mr D for request #***6: and how it was dealt with . I made an order and specified my substitutions because I have red meat allergy and am also lactose intolerance. Wimpy Maponya never took any of my instructions to use ,and when I called Mr D I was made to feel inferior for having this allergies like it's my fault what colors Mr D use to send our orders to store. So I literally paid for food that i do not even eat . Just so disappointing
