Disappointing Recent Experience After Long-Time Loyalty

Mr D Food was always my first choice—honestly even above other services like 60/60—as I’ve always had great experiences using the app, especially when ordering from PnP.

However, over the past month my experience has completely changed for the worse. I’ve had extremely long delivery delays (up to 3 hours for a single item), little to no order updates, and ongoing issues with the app itself. Unfortunately, the service seems to be getting progressively worse instead of improving.

It’s reached a point where I no longer feel confident using the service, and I would not recommend it based on my recent experiences.
