Disappointing food quality and unresolved refund request

I ordered a pizza through Mr D yesterday, but unfortunately, the pizza arrived cold and the crust was extremely hard, giving the impression that it may have been prepared the previous day. The quality of the food was very disappointing and it was not enjoyable.

I contacted Mr D to report the issue and requested a refund. They asked me to provide pictures of the food. Unfortunately, I had already disposed of the pizza before taking pictures, so I was unable to provide them.

I understand that pictures may be required for verification, but I am disappointed that there has been no resolution to my complaint. I paid for a meal that I could not properly enjoy due to its poor quality.

I would appreciate it if Mr D could review my complaint and consider providing a refund or another appropriate resolution.
