Disappointing Delivery Experience

I recently ordered food from Mr D while on duty, expecting the convenience of delivery. Unfortunately, the experience fell short. The delivery lady had an unfriendly attitude and refused to deliver the food to the address I provided (my workplace). Instead, I was told to collect it myself. I had to take time out of my shift to walk out of my workplace and collect the food, which defeated the purpose of paying for delivery in the first place.

Given the inconvenience and poor customer service, I wouldn't recommend Mr D's delivery service to others. Hopefully, they'll address these issues to improve customer experience.
