Disappointing Customer Support From Mr D

I made a order on Mr D Foods and my money was double debited ,I put in a request on the app for the amount to be reversed,the amount was credited and I requested an withdrawal only to be give a portion of the amount ,I have made over 10 queries at this point to be assisted and each time it's a different agent tell me the money is credited and the others saying the amount has been process, I have never had this sort of service in my entire existence to be give such a run around and always have to explain the same thing over and over.

Mr Delivery has the worst kinds of agents and very unprofessional and don't seem to know what they are doing
