Disappointing!!!!

I placed an order at 09:12 which was accepted by the relevant restaurant. Only to receive an update that the order could not be delivered and that I should contact customer services.

I called them on *** and the lady who assisted me at first, placed me on hold and did not seem like she knew what she was doing and then hung up on me.

I then logged a query on the MR Delivery APP and was contacted by a gentleman by the name of Mubeen. He said that they cannot deliver the food and also cannot refund me, seeing that I had already paid online. He offered to meet me half way in the form of a coupon that I can use on my next order. I cannot accept this as I ordered for my team and now everyone is on my case. THE DAY BEFORE MY PAY DATE!

He then called me back stating that the driver advised he spoke to me and I advised that I am on my way down. This is incorrect and a blatant LIE! Because I haven't spoken to anybody today.
