Disappointign service

We placed an order with a restaurant only to find after an hour after the expected delivery time that there is no available driver to fetch the order. We have contacted the call center on 3 occasions, all agents advised our query has been escalated and drivers are being contacted however still nothing happened. An agent confirmed the order is ready with the restaurant but no one will be delivering it. We did advise that this created expectation with our kids and had to make alternate arrangements at 9:30pm to get them food. I am very disappointed with the service as we couldn't have been notified earlier so other provisions could have been made. I am a loyal customer of Mr Delivery and this was very disappointing and *********** service
