Disappointed without Mr D service

I am so disappointed I’ve been using Mr D for a long time but it seems like their service keeps on declining. I made an order at 19:00 I waited 2 and half hours still when I track my order it has been collected I had to call and find out what’s going on only for them to tell me my order was flagged as collection but I did pay a delivery fee, and their app didn’t update that my order has been cancelled..We use their service for convenience but I’ve learned my lesson not to trust their service anymore
