Disappointed in MR DELIVERY and BURGER KING

Hi there, I am very disappointed with the lack of communication from Mr Delivery. But also disappointed that Burger King canceled the order as per the comms received from Mr Delivery App.

Order Placed at 12.28 for a lunch time birthday get together. X 6 chilli cheese burger meals.

Food ready by Approx: 13:05 Est. Delivery time: 13:20

13:50 Food has still not been collected from Burger King

We then call the number under "HELP" No answer after going through the options then ringing for 6 minutes. Called twice after and still no answer.

We then do the "your order is late online query" and immediately we get a pop up message saying - Restaurant has cancelled your order and money has been reversed.

Not once was there any means of contact prior to this, No SMS No Email. All while our guests are awaiting their food.
