Disappointed

Over the past 2 months i had unfortunate encounters with Mr D that have prompted me to this. They have become rather unprofessional and I am a regular user. They have ignored my complaints and the recent encounter I had with them where i was given a R400 voucher (I have proof of the amount) only to see that it was infact for R40. Their service as well as their customer service has deteriorated drastically and the service is getting worse.
