Disappointed customer service by takealot card division delivery

Takealot card delivery service is *********** in the sense that they have my FNB bank card since may and im still awaiting my card I can't get a hold of any customer care consultants neither is anyone responding to my emails. Takealot has caused me so much of inconvenience card division and the lack of communication to FNB regarding the correct information that was given to them.
