Disappointed customer

An amount of R464 has just gone off my account paying for a certain purchase and it wasn’t me!! There is no proof of the transaction from my mr D app ,this is really disheartening that we get ****med on sites that we are told are secure!! And no means of contacting them. A bigger amount could have been taken this is really unprofessional
