Disappointed client

I am not happy with Mr Delivery,I ordered double strips chicken burger at Sunnyside Barcelos and the driver took longer to arrive,the order came with a missing item and when I complained they just apologized and offered free delivery on my next order... Today I ordered again and the order came without chips..I have been complaining on the app with pictures and nothing is being done...I am very disappointed 😞
