Disappointed

I ordered food via the app at work, while waiting for food, a medical incident occurred at work which I had to rush to. The driver called and but my phone was at my desk. When I returned the call he did not pick up. What was shocking Is that when I called l was told that I will not get my money nor the food. The branch would probably give away the food ☹️
