Disappointed and will not use them again

Really not impressed with this service, I requested no Vegetables on my meal as i am allergic to onions, As i got my food i saw that there was vegetables and Onions so i went on to the app loaded a photo and laid a complaint. after that i received 5 emails asking me to take a photo, now if you take a photo through the app it does not save it to the phone, i explained this to the each consultant only to receive another email requesting the same thing. I then received an email from some one else telling me they investigating my claim and will come back to me shortly that was 3 days ago and still nothing is resolved. I will not use this app ever again and rather use UBER as they at least read the notes that is put on the order and resolve queries with in minutes
