Disappointed and angry af

Yesterday the 8/06/2020 I placed an order, and my estimated time for delivery was 18:39 only a few minutes after I placed the order I received a call from the Mr delivery number saying its Mr d your order is here, and a notification saying "we're here" and opened the door and there was no one. I tried to call back the number it didn't go through said I must call back in 72 hours. I then decided to checking on the app to see what's really happened. On tracking I saw that order was placed at 18:07 collected at 18:19 by that time I'm still standing outside thinking maybe they still on the way n ended the trip for whatever reason before they get to my address. Another weird thing was the s****** was stopped on Fitzpatrick R72 the whole time I watched, and took screenshots, at 18:39 when my order was supposed to be arriving I got a "oops something went wrong with your oder" this morning I sent an email to them and they say to me the driver called me and couldn't get ahold of me. Which is not even true their driver didn't even come close to my place. I'm angry and I've lost my interest on them shem they are not trustworthy, and my money apparently cannot be paid back to my account even though I didn't get the food I ordered.
