Disappointed

<p>Firstly, I would like to express my disappointment in ordering food through MR. D.</p> <p> </p> <p>My colleagues and I are working nightshift and decided to order from Spur via MR. D</p> <p>We ordered through the call centre and got throught o a gentleman by the name of Ebrahim... who I have to say is not very intelligent.</p> <p> </p> <p>I gave him the full address of my workplace where the food ought to be delivered to... I even advised the building number and everything. He even confirmed it by reading it back to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>However, when the delivery guy called to say he is here, his 'here' is in Maitland and we are in ****ing Bellville. How do you even make that leap? When on my APP, it also shows the corrcet address.</p> <p> </p> <p>He then says he will call the call centre as they then gave him incorrect information and he would call me back. </p> <p> </p> <p>He never called, my colleague then decided to give him a call and asked if he is still bringing our food. He then said that he does not deliver in this area and will not come and hung up.</p> <p> </p> <p>If he does not deliver here *** did he say he will call me back? </p> <p>We are all so disgusted and disappointed with the bad service!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Now we have to sit here with no other place who can deliver at this hour!</p> <p> </p> <p>JULLE SUC****</p>
