did not deliver the food ordered from Nandoes

I ordered food from Nandoes Hatfield on Wednesday the 18th November 2015. Placed the order at 1pm foe two quater chickwn meals one hot and one mild I was working at cnr Dyer and Lynwood road but it didn't arrive after two hour of hunger qe decided to sought for alternatives being a pregnant lady and having to wait for that long for nothing. I found the service to be very inefficient and unprofessional.
