Did I get ****** my Mr d (pick n pay)?

Unprofessional, unreliable and pathetic service offered. 1st incident delivery was late And the second incident happened today, placed a order at 2pm ... it's now 16h36 ...no delivery... they took my money off my bank account sent a confirmation on my email saying they received my order but when I go onto the app ..there is no order. So did Mr d rob me ? On top of that I emailed twice with no reply... on Facebook I did get a response with no help... no money back or grocery in account for the money. I get told I last did an order in jan when I literally have proof that my last order was Saturday, and current order was done today, and I did not receive today's order. No help at all
