Diabolical service

<div>Extremely horrible service. Ordered food from Simply Asia Boskruin Order no DFD***5 at 8h38 on Monday 2 Dec. Order was promised to arrive at 21h28. At 21h20 got a call from a driver asking me if I had received my food as it seems it was collected from the restaurant. However it was untraceable on their system who collected the food. Lodged a complaint which initially was told by Asindisiwe that another order was ready at the restaurant and would be dispatched to me. 10 mins later another call from Mr Delivery (Asindisiwe) notifying me that mo food will be delivered. Totally unacceptable, ot toko over 50 mins to resolve a problem which they were aware of, and still failed in doing. Embarrassed me in front of my guests whom I was entertaining and ended up having to cook to ensure we did not sleep hungry.</div>
