Despicable service from Takealot and their Delivery division

Absolute shocking ************* shopping experience. Placed order on 2 December. Scheduled for delivery on 3 December before 17:00. It was out for delivery, then at 17:15 we got an SMS that the recipient was unavailable. This is a complete and utter lie as someone was waiting at that business address the whole day. Delivery was then rescheduled for 4 December before 15:00. This was not delivered nor does it even seem to be out on delivery rounds. At 7:30 on 3 Dec and 15:00 on 4 Dec I tried phoning Mr Delivery, trying to get answers, however the automated system asked me to hold on the line, after holding forever I gave up. This service is atrocious and the worst part is that you can't contact anyone for answers. I'm disgusted!
