Deserves less than 1 star

I have placed an order with Pick n Pay via Mr D and it was supposed to be delivered at 12:05. It is now 14:15 and I have not received the order nor have I received an update. I sent 3 queries, to which I have received no response. I finally decided to chat on the Mr D whatsapp line, where an absolutely unprofessional person named Sihle received my complaint. I was just told that the store has an influx of walk in customers and that they cannot give me a timeline in which I will receive my order. When I rep**** with "that's very unprofessional " Sihle ended the chat.

Is this how your customers are treated? I had plans today that is why I ordered my items to be delivered within that time. I now had to cancel my plans because the order could pitch up at any time. This is disgusting service.
