Deserves a Zero rating

My rating is directly to the customer service agent Ameer D from MR D as I feel it is very rude and unprofessional the way he has handled my query, I raised an issue regarding my purchase and I was asked to provide a few pictures which I did upon request, I was then forgotten about and have not received any feedback or assistance.

Its because of pathetic customer service that people stop using services, treat customers fairly or do not work in customer service, please train this person he obviously does not respect his title enough or does not understand what he is supposed to do.

He deserves a Zero rating.
