Delivery zones that make no sense

You will deliver 800m from me but you will not drive the extra 1 minute to my house. So stupid now I am stuck with Uber eats because they deliver to my door with no issues. If I want mr d I have to order and then drive up the road to meet the delivery driver which makes no sense at all. All for 800m!! Not even 1km away!! Every time I contact mr d about this I get the same unhelpful copy pasted reply.
