Delivery which was meant for today cancelled

I ordered a parcel from takealot and paid an extra R35 for a guranteed express delivery of the following day to my work address, I requested the parcel to be delivered before 3 which I was told would be possible and when I called after 3 I was told my parcel had been cancelled and that the were no more drivers and the parcel can only be delivered when I get home, I informed them that it wasn't according to my instructions and I had other things to do when I get home and I was not going to be at my place and no one was going to be there and this was npt according to our agreement, when I bought the product I paid immediately and was promised delivery, now I get told my delivery is cancelled and if I cannot cancel my other plans like getting my car fixed before the weekend, then they can deliver it tommorrow even though I paid extra for it to be delivered today and on top of that I was told that if I cancel my order it will take 1 to 4 working days for me to get my money back so that I can personally go buy the product myself and get it immediately. to me that is unfair, surely they should keep to their promises.
