Ordered items didn’t arrive and was reported immediately. a coupon code was generated but it’s our responsible to enter it next time you order why it doesn’t automatically come off one can only speculate... I have raised this concern with them yet they do not reply and ignore me and my two emails. I don’t ask for more than what is fair. If I pay for something I expect that when something is forgotten just refund what is due. Money doesn’t expire next month and doesn’t have to be spent at only one place like a coupon does. Very poor, forgot items now refuse to refund by ignoring me.
