Delivery Scheduled, No Delviery Took Place

This is the second time that you people schedule a delivery at my work address, then after changing my whole schedule for day to be at the office, the driver is just a no show. I even checked the website and tracked the parcel, still said delivery would take place yesterday. How can you waste people's time like this. I would rather not order from takealot if they continue to use an *********** courier company like you guys. All you do is deliver parcels, and you cant even do that correctly.
