Delivery problems...

Ordered food hour and a half ago only to find out they tell me the driver is missing so they cancel the order and reorder again so another hour been added. Then order never arives and they cancel it again with no reason why.. So when I called again they cancel my order again and reorder so now its another hour waiting.. How do you do bussiness... This is totally unacceptable already paid and everything..
