Delivery never received

I order food via Mr Delivery for Debonairs Pizza at Parktown, now the order was going to arrive at 18:55 however the driver according to him came to my workplace Merchants 24th Saint Andrews street Parktown at 18:36 and tried to call me but could not be able to get hold of me. At 18:55 I called him back to ask if he can deliver because thats the time I'm free but he didn't pick up his phone. Later on after 50 minutes when I try him again he picked up and said he delivered the food to a lady that is light in complexion and wearing black which is not me. The driver did not confirm the person he claims that he gave the order to now I have requested Mr Delivery to refund me but they are ignoring my request with order number DFD***. I want my money back ****mers
