Delivery Mishap hero

I ordered dinner using the MrD app. I was constantly checking on the progress of my order until it was delivered. The problem was, my order tracking indicated that the food was delivered, however it was not delivered to me. I logged a query on the app to which somebody called me in a little while. I really loved how they investigated the query and kept me posted, and also presented me with various options to remedy the issue. I chose the option to re-order, and I was so happy to receive my food hot and tasty even after that little mishap. The consultant explained to me that they can't get a hold of the delivery guy so they sorted my food issue out while tracing on their side what happened with the first delivery. This showed me how important I am as a customer to MrD and I give their customer model/policy a star.
