Delivery guy stole my food and i didnt get a refund.

I ordered online with MR delivery for KFC, I didn't get my order, I spent more than R50 and also left a tip for the delivery guy. They then proceeded to not even deliver my order. There was no updated tracking on the website that I was checking and then the delivery guy said he just left and that I need to collect my order. I then told him that I can't pick up my order because I'm working and that's exactly why I ordered from Mr. Delivery. He didnt care and then proceeded to mark the order as received. This is ****************. The drivers say that they were at the destination but never show up, probably taking the food for themselves and then I'm out of pocket and hungry. I am so angry, I've sent 2 complaints already and no response. I'm never using them again and will also tell all m friends not to use them, bare in mind I work with a lot of people. So now I have no food and had to buy from a different place because Mr DELIVERY"S "delivery guys" want to ***** from the people. I'm outraged and going to take this further than HelloPeter.
