Delivery from Hell

This has become the worst app to order anything on. On Saturday I placed and order that was collected from the shop and only delivered 3hrs later. Today I placed another order which was collected at13:09 and still hasn’t arrived. I live 10mins away from the shop I ordered from. When I track my order,the driver is 50mins away from my house. Every single day the deliveries are late or go missing!!
