Delivery company that can't deliver

My 4th order messed up order this weekend alone, both alcohol and food but you can't get it right. Chris is right, find another industry. I've already used plenty of my airtime to get my stuff delivered and they have the audacity to call themselves SA's favourite. Now let me call for my cold shrimp to arrive.
