Delivery canceled after an hour WITHOUT NOTIFICATION

Ordered food from burger King at 7pm. Food was supposed to be delivered at 19:43. 8pm our food was still not collected. We had to call the restaurant to find out the order was canceled the driver. Nobody informed us. We called Mr Delivery, only be told they will give us a voucher. I don't want a voucher. I want proper service. Having my kids wait for over an hour for food and then to find out it's not coming. We are highly upset with this pathetic series. Order number DFD**********34
