Deliveries not delivered! Poor service

Currently experiencing a poor service with Mr D. Ordered food yesterday and my food was delivered to someone else. Ordered again today and got a delivery message but the food never reached me. Driver's do not communicate and all Mr D will say is wait another 15 - 20 minutes before we can do anything. I’m dissapointed with the bad service, especially because it happened two days in a row.
