Deleting MR D app

Pathetic service. Placed an order for delivery They did not bother to let me know they wont deliver. I had to call them and they promised to keep me updated. After almost 4 hours i called back and they pit me on hold forever until I ran out of airtime. As soon as the call cut Siphokuhle rushes to send me an email to say he has refunded my wallet. I called back and told him I want my money. Tomorrow is NYE and i want to go do my groceries on the morning. He tells me I have to wait for 5 days. I'm deleting this joke of an app and will never use it again. I have no money in my account because they took it out of greed. The nerve to tell me to orser from them again when they are useless
