Delete this app! All you get is an apology (if your lucky) but not your food or refund for food not delivered

Utterly disgusted at the Service particularly this month in August ,Today is my third occasion we’re I’ve placed an order using a card and did not receive it whilst the app says it was delivered. I am off the belief that there is a syndicate MrD is conducting because this only happens when you’ve paid using a card -You get a motivation that states your order is out for delivery then a 1 minute after is there is another one that says your order has been delivered when you have not received it at all,…I think maybe drivers can take a chance at doing this if the address is for a stand alone house but it shows lack of comprehension and creativity when you’ve provided an access code your estate and no entry and exit is completed (but the app says delivered )

Please stop *****ing…I’ve deleted this app and will take this to my socials ,WhatsApp groups and defiantly on word of mouth basis to colleagues who use this service so they are aware of the ******** activity !!!
