Delaying delivery

I have always had bad experience with this company however i just decided today let me just write a review on them. I have been tracking my delivery that was scheduled for delivery yesterday. when i check the status updates, whoever is suppose to deliver my parcel keeps writing i wasnt available for delivery. No one phone me!! Today, i get a whatsapp missed call (7am) from the delivery person...they say they tried to deliver...at 7. i am not at work around that time and whatsapp call is non acceptable. do better. i want my parcel today Mr Delivery, and tell your people to be professional also.
