Deduction of money 🤬😠

This thing of Mr Delivery deducting money before restaurant accept order it's a bull. On the 25 of February 2022 tried to order from one of the restaurant but that particular restaurant declined and Mr Delivery had already deducted the money, no I have to wait for 5 working days before I can get my R428.60 back 🤬😠
