Declined Order yet, No refund!!!

I made an order that was declined by the restaurant, the money was deducted from my account but never refunded, I spoke to almost 5 different agents from Mr Delivery that all provided repetitive answers saying it would be refunded and the funds should reflect on 5 working days, today officially makes it the 7th working day and the funds have not yet reflected they requested I send my bank statement which I did to 2 different agents proving that the funds have no reflected, I explained the same situation telephonically yet nothing has been done and they have stopped replying to my emails, the customer is absolutely disappointing and non professional
