Debits your account but declines order

I am a frequent user on Mr Delivery, it's convenient and easy but no longer! Today I placed an order for Sour at a total of R149.90. The order was then declined and stated I received a refund. I then placed another order from a different spur for a total of R149.90 and order declined again! Payment has gone through successfully and my account is now R299.80 short with NO FOOD!.

I am being told it's going to take 3-5 business days. My problem is what if that was the only money left in my account?? Do i now need to wait 3-5 business days to eat?? PLEASE do not say it's the banks processing time, I know that! But WHY CHARGE A CLIENT IF YOU ARE NOT SURE WHETHER THE ORDER WILL BE ACCEPTED OR NOT! YOU BASICALLY ****** ME FROM MY FUNDS AND NEVER PROVIDED ME WITH THE GOODS!

I WILL be sharing this experience all over social media! I am disgusted and will no longer be a loyal custome to this!
