DEBIT WITH NO ORDER

somehow an order was placed on my app for FKC, i reported it to them via social media. they locked my profile but did not stop the order, debit went off. no escalation or reference number for me to stop or reverse the debit order. the agent on the web site just said there's nothing that can be done. surprisingly the store did not even call me to say any order was due to be collected. possible they just debit customers credit cards at random
