Dear Mr D Food Your customer service sucks!! 1. Your having technical difficulties with your app and website - you should probably look into that. 2. Your customer service is rude and unhelpful and don't listen. 3. When calling the restaurant query number it's answered in seconds. When calling customer service it rings forever. I placed an order on your app this morning at 9:24. It didn't register on the app. I have no order number. The funds were deducted off my count. I phoned the restaurant. They received the order and completed it. No driver in sight. Mr D customer service says no order received by the app or the restaurant ( after the restaurant confirmed with me the order is complete) I'm currently on call number 3 trying to resolve. P.S. The restaurant query call center is much more helpful.

They are now trying to get it resolved. However, I don't see myself using your app again.
